    this update is huge. way bigger than it looks on the surface and touches almost every system in the game. this update adds customizable fur patterns! we're starting with a couple test patterns but many many more options are coming down the road now that the engine for it is in. identity-backed room operators for headless servers, richer rain (spent hours and hours on this), clouds, fog (spent hours on this too), and water presentation, and more room to fish around the expanded island dock. it also refreshes the shop and art kit, adds an absolute massive amount of Endeavours new 2D icon art, improves catch difficulty balancing, improves controller access with freecam and hud controls, adds in-game credits, and fixes menu input, collision, shoreline, chat wrapping, and other presentation issues.

    v0.6.7-alpha gives the fishing shop a full usability and presentation pass, with reliable mouse, controller, and keyboard interaction, icon-based stock, new bait artwork, corrected bait pricing and rarity progression, and smoother fish selling. public rooms are more resilient with renewed upnp mappings, refreshed endpoint verification, clearer connection states, version-mismatch warnings, and better host controls. this release also improves player and session feedback, fixes focus and click behavior across confirmations, the notepad, hotbar, and other menus, and gives characters new mouth expressions and ambient blinking.
