    v0.5.0-prealpha massively expands the fish catalog with dozens of new species, artwork, facts, realistic weights, and improved display scaling. it also introduces the first proper bait system with worms, tackle-box storage, shop restocking, and bait-driven rarity chances. character customization has been expanded with modular heads, facial features, fur colors, and improved model presentation, alongside better handheld/controller support, multiplayer chat and emote fixes, fishing balance improvements, interface cleanup, environment rendering fixes, and a wide range of general stability improvements.
