BUG/game: opening/spamming the emote menu mid-reel(?) locks camera in place

i have no clue abt the exact steps to reproduce but spamming emote wheel, maybe using chat, maybe using the keyboard alternate bind are all connected?? idk if it has to be pre/post or mid reel either as every time i tried to reproduce it has a mind of its own

in the clip im spamming right click after putting away the fish but it just wont accept any input

at least its fixed upon returning to title and rejoining

now i could just be failing at reproducing it because it was just a hard bug to reprod but from all the testing ive done i cant get it to happen any more so ill consider it fixed
