when blocked players attempt to send mail to person that blocked them, there is 0 visual feedback. We think that it should look sent but not delivered to the blocker. on hosts when blocked send letter greyed out.
messages from muted/blocked players when unmuted or unblocked should not appear when mute or block is lifted - chat history should begin at the time the player is unmuted or unblocked. Mail sent from blocked players should never be delivered even if the player is unblocked in the same session.
